Around 50 persons stopped by the stand to know better about the AMAP system (French CSA) and their networks, at local, national and even international scale. It was the opportunity for URGENCI, supported by several AMAP volunteers, to highlight some key insights and outcomes from ViVid, in particular the
CSA Network Viability Handbook.
The aim of this guide is to improve the sustainability of CSA initiatives and their networks by facilitating the identification of priorities for collective action and foster the capacity of members to communicate effectively within their networks, and more specifically, to empower them to consolidate their economic, organizational, and strategic sustainability.
In addition, in-depth discussions were engaged with several active AMAP members on issues usually faced by their networks, such as organisationa and financial, and also more broadly on the future of the CSA movement, given that even local elected councillors (municipality, département) also stopped by the stand to hear from us and share their own ideas and perspectives.
These fruitful exchanges left an impact to the local AMAP Network, with great interest for the work done in ViVid, and we are looking forward to knowing more on how the tools will be used in their network!
